The message sent to the tv’s was different than the one sent to the cell phones. The TV message said that PACOM had detected an inbound missile - in order for that message to be sent, there is a confirmation protocol required. PACOM officials said no such detection was made and hence no confirmation. I look forward to the investigation’s report on this.
