There really is something fundamentally wrong with the republicans as a group. I’m deeply suspicious of Gowdy.

"alarms Democrats and some republicans"
Sounds like it alarms the Washington Post, too.
Goody went in like a lion.

We need citizen congress members, NOT professional politicians. A true statesman is a reluctant candidate that leaves to return to private life. George Washington is our finest example. President Trump may very well be our next. MAGA!

Somebody needs to primary Gowdy. What state is this clown from?

I am tired of people worried about hurting the FBI’s feelings. Until the underlings start screaming about their bosses they are all complicit, incompetent and out for themselves. That goes for the other intelligence agencies too.

Gowdy is Ryan. Eddie Haskills both of em.

Very white of them to mention the ethics inquiry in the first paragraph and then insert the fact that he was cleared in the second. The Washington Post couldn't find politically motivated ethics charges with both hands. Washington is swimming in that and they can't seem to find it. When a Republican is on the receiving end of that game. I hope Nunes gets things into gear. The statute of limitation on Hillary Clinton's activities will start to run soon.

By failing to tell the whole story - that Nunes was cleared - they are no better than the National Inquirer. If you had fought through all the way to the second sentence of the article...
"The California Republican was cleared in December of allegations he improperly disclosed classified information..."

First sentence, paragraph 2:
