Rebuke of U.S. Attorneys in Cliven Bundy case: "Every prosecutor's nightmare'

I wouldn’t want to speculate about that. This is five times the evidence held back in a case in Vegas a dozen years ago that resulted in dismissal of charges.

Plenty of questions worthy of a special prosecutor to ferret out multiagency wrongdoing with FBI, BLM, the US Attorney’s office in Portland on any ‘advice’ given to Nevada after their “Bundy case”.

Even the judge in Oregon talked to jurors asking why “Not Guilty” after their verdicts. Did she speak about what it would take to convict Bundy’s and did it get passed to Nevada?

Myhre was praised by Jeff Sessions back in July for “leadership” in the case with Sessions saying he was not taking sides.

Ahmed was present at the Bundy Ranch area during the 2014 events working as a lawyer for the DOJ assisting the BLM operation.

She is suspected to trying to create an entrapment situation in the wash near Bunkerville on April 12, 2014.

The incident that precipitated the prosecution.

U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro methodically listed the prosecution's six separate violations of the Brady law, which requires turning over evidence potentially favorable to the defense. The judge further ruled that each violation was willful.

I suppose that various insiders have plans to make money from selling the water to Las Vegas.

That farmland can be redeveloped into waterfront McMansions for foreign millionaires.

Or just the simple basic fact that total government control of water increases their control of people.
