I LOVE that the Demoncrats are screaming that millions will go without health insurance!
The only thing that changed was that Americans will not be FORCED TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT for the privilege of being born American! I know Demoncrats love the death tax, but basically Obamadontcare was a BIRTH TAX!!
Health “insurance” is NOT health CARE! Many doctors stopped taking various insurance policies because the pay-out on those plans was such CRAP! Medicare lost MANY doctors because the way the Demoncrats structured their payments, it was not worth the time to see a Medicare patient!
Demoncrats need to understand that Obamadontcare only helped the Government and insurance companies to get lots and lots of $$!
It helped hardly anyone get actual health CARE!! And it damn sure didn’t help anyone get AFFORDABLE health CARE!!

It would be incredibly difficult to prosecute this. Rosie would just say that she had no intention of paying the money that it was just political bluster. When’s the last time some loud-mouthed celebrity has ever followed through on a promise or a threat? If they had, 3/4’s of them would have left the country when Trump got elected.
They should go through the motions then at the last minute, depending on her behavior, withdraw the indictment or work out a deal for her to work 200 hours of real community service, not some fake thing, then pay that fine since she has so much money to throw away. Put her on probation with a suspended 10 year sentence hanging over her head for 10 years.
If that doesn’t shut her up; nothing will.
