I’m calling BS on this. Franks has twins now, from artificial insemination. That’s is exactly how he wanted it done. He was wrong for for even talking to these liberal women, Ryan has wanted to get rid of him for years and I think Franks was set up. Franks is a devout Christian. He’s been a pain in Ryan’s side for years. This whole thing stinks to high heaven. Ryan and McConnell need to go, not conservatves like Franks.

His wife was ill and could not have children. So he asked, if someone would be willing to be a surrogate — he wasn’t forcing anything on anyone.
Many people are willing to be surrogates for money.
He also did not fire anyone for turning down the offer.
