That I agree with. I also agree that Roy Moore should be seated when he wins the election in Alabama.
Of course.
I agree. At the same time the Senate RINOs should not demand that Roy Moore should withdraw from the Alabama senate election.
Good. The next 10,000 cuts should serve to make the liberals suffer much more than him resigning. Where can I contribute to the rubbing salt?
I want him serving in the U.S. Senate—with Senator Moore!
Not just ten years ago, but ongoing and continuing instances now appear to be popping up.
The widely publicized picture of Al Gropen, er, Franken, is not the only example of his indiscretions, and there is NO verifiable demonstration of regret or remorse. Sure, there may a few uncomfortable moments before the Ethics Committee, but aside from maybe stern looks from the members, there shall be no lasting consequences.
Remember the so-called ethics truce was informally in force on the Hill for years?
Congressional ethics is an oxymoron.
You had better hope he doesn’t resign.
He’ll probably not run for re-election.
No one I know expected anything different from Democrat/global communist party.
The War on Women is a reality in the Democrat Party only!
We can move forward unimpeded with the peoples agenda, with the Trump agenda and strengthened against future commie SMEARS!
Can’t argue with that!!
His continued presence in the Senate hurts Democratic candidates and helps Republican candidates.
nd nobody will speak out in a no nonsense voice to say he should - which actually helps Judge Moore in the fiasco they started - ironic...
Interesting to see how quickly the ground goes soft under this mutt
Exactly!
Will Franken be on the Senate Ethics committee who will review future Alabama Senator Moore’s alleged moral turpitude?
I’m glad Franken is not resigning. The alternative could very well be Sen. Keith Ellison, and we definitely do not want that.
Franken’s reputation is damaged, and some parts of Minnesota are conservative. So, a strong GOP candidate in 2020 could deny this creep a third term.
He fought too hard stealing that seat to just step down.
Dems can’t afford to let him resign. Minn almost went to Trump this past election cycle. They’d have to hold a special election. Another Senate seat would be up for grabs and they can’t afford to defend it.
At least we can point out their hypocrisy.
Other oxymorons:
Legal ethics
Ethics attorneys
Ethical government
Ethical universities
Just the way it is these days...
