Been there, done that! When I was an 18 year old sailor my ship spent a couple of months (or maybe six weeks...memory fails) in the Bethlehem Steel drydock in Baltimore. I met and dated a number of girls and young women, usually the ice-cream parlor or a movie; couldn't afford much more. One of them got clingy, and we "made out" a few times; almost got lucky but fortuitous circumstances prevented it. Thank God! I met her older sister, who informed me she was thirteen!
Even though nothing happened, had she accused me I could have been in big trouble! I let her down as easily as I knew how, and her parent (single mom, divorcee) shipped her off to West Virginia to visit an aunt.
But yes, I did "date" a 13 year-old when I was a legal adult.
A sixteen year old girl's butt?
