I understand that the statue of limitations six years from commission or discovery, whichever is later. Considering this supposedly took place in 2005, the commission side of that equation has already run out.
Now for the discovery side. We have heard that the FBI already investigated and did not bring charges. I am thinking that this is possibly a nothing burger as the statue of limitations may already but up.
