A once upon a time there was a lovely beach park in Hilo, Hawaii. This last July there were probably 100+ tents at the entrance of the park.

Not sure what the problem is? Hawaii pays out the highest welfare payments of any state in the country can’t those people living on 50K a year?

Here the homeless invaded 2 parks...in Tampa, parks closes at sundown, but the homeless live in one. I say put all of the homeless on Palmyra Island. (I was thinking of an island near Alaska, but they wouldn’t survive. At least Palmyra would be warm, so they can take baths...)
