North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper signed an executive order yesterday making “sexual orientation” and “gender identity or expression” protected classes, forcing businesses to allow men in women’s restrooms and vice versa.

Persons with gender confusion are in a class of seriously mentally ill people. Because gender confusion is a treatable mental disorder, where is the common sense to provide proper care and to protect the public?

What is the government of North Carolina doing to provide mental health help to these confused people with mood swings, depression, anger, guilt, and unwillingness to take corrective action? What is the government doing to protect their constituents from exposure to mentally ill people? Passing a law that pretends that gender confusion is normal certainly is not the answer.

Is Roy Cooper a Democrat? Does he have a disordered mind himself? I guess that it is cheaper to pander to the insane instead of providing proper treatment.

The NC governor seems to be stealing legislative powers to make his pro-LGBT order, doing so a violation of NC Constitution.

"ARTICLE II
LEGISLATIVE

Section 1. Legislative power.

The legislative power of the State shall be vested in the General Assembly, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives."

I’m seeing the same thing happening in NC that we saw with lawless Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders and corrupt Congress.

Noting that Congress had wrongly remained silent when lawless Obama stole state powers to make his unconstitutional pro-LGBT executive orders, we’re now seeing NC state lawmakers protect their voting records by letting lawless governor get away with stealing legislative powers to effectively make pro-LGBT laws.

In fact, consider the following about government powers from NC Constitution.

"ARTICLE I
DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

Sec. 6. Separation of powers.

The legislative, executive, and supreme judicial powers of the State government shall be forever separate and distinct from each other."

Also consider that NC governor and congress are arguably trying to effectively establish LGBT people as a protected / privileged class which is prohibited by the US Constitution.

"Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility [emphasis added]."

NC citizens need to make sure that there are plenty of patriot candidates on their state primary ballots and pink-slip career state lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to Raleigh on election day 2018.

Cooper and Stein are both Democrats. They were surprisingly elected in 2016 even while all the other state offices were swept by Republicans.

It was almost certainly voter fraud in 3 large Democrat machine counties - and it was only in those two state offices (the most important ones).
