I'm still waiting to hear ANY news organization start out a report with the fact that those payments were illegal, unconstitutional payouts of taxpayer funds by "Emperor Barak I." These payouts were extra-legal, not being a part of the legislation, and never having been voted on by the House of Representatives.

I've heard it added as an afterthought on Fox News, but that's as far as it's gone.

No, Hill. Trump hands the Swamp a new ObamaCare problem. The payments are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. They can only be implemented by passing a LAW. A LAW can only be passed if Trump signs it. Unless the Swamp is willing to agree to a PROPER ObamaCare replacement the unconstitutional payments will not be paid.
