What? President Trump cleaning up OBAMA-mess of things like Obama stealing more from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?
What IDIOTS are out there! But it was okay to ship $160 billion to Iran so Iran could build nukes and missiles and give some of this money to North Korea?

I'm still waiting to hear ANY news organization start out a report with the fact that those payments were illegal, unconstitutional payouts of taxpayer funds by "Emperor Barak I." These payouts were extra-legal, not being a part of the legislation, and never having been voted on by the House of Representatives.
I've heard it added as an afterthought on Fox News, but that's as far as it's gone.

Would it be up to the house to approve a bill for the payments to be law. And the senate to pass it. Then the president to sign it. How can the senate do it without the house vote. I do not think the house would pass this bill.
As they have many time approved repeal of the ACA.

No, Hill. Trump hands the Swamp a new ObamaCare problem. The payments are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. They can only be implemented by passing a LAW. A LAW can only be passed if Trump signs it. Unless the Swamp is willing to agree to a PROPER ObamaCare replacement the unconstitutional payments will not be paid.
