Yeah...but your scenario sounds real complicated.
I don’t know when something becomes a psychological disorder, but I expect when someone is so cut off from everything else and they go insane with wanting their own revenge on others that’s well into disorder territory.
Just found out something more about the Four Seasons. Another 45% interest in the hotel chain is held by Bill Gates.

Very good post. These are key points. According to news reports, Paddock last had a salaried job in 1988. Since then, he has been a ‘professional gambler.’
The source of his income is a mystery.
Every known job PAddock had was working for the federal government as gov employee. Very likely he would have wanted to continue federal employment.
I suspect he continued to work for the government in an “off the books” capacity.
His “gambling” would seem to be money laundering. If he had developed a system to consistently beat the house every casino would have banned him long ago.
Gun running makes little sense - not a lot of money in it. Did he actually purchase the guns or did someone else purchase them in his name? Could be he is a patsy for the deep state.

The ownership of the Four Seasons may be irrelevant.
The possibility of escaping upwards is not.
Military operations are complicated. 911 was pretty complicated.
Initial police reports indicated there was a second shooter on the fourth floor. Maybe it was a strobe. I’m aware that there is a video of the strobe from three days prior but I haven’t seen it. I’m still not prepared to let go of a multiple shooter conspiracy. If it looks looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck-it’s a duck and this doesn’t look like a typical US mass shooting. It looks more like a terrorist attack.
