I repent daily. I accept Jesus as my Savior. I read and follow the Bible. I also pray constantly for guidance to follow God’s Will and not my will.
This is not about being strong. In this work your strength only comes through your weakness.

You are very smart. Jesus advised us to do exactly that. However, times are changing and the Advocate is here stronger than ever.
I actually met satan face to face about 20 years ago. It was the middle of a hot summer and the room suddenly got freezing cold when he appeared.
I immediately turned in prayer and said to Michael, “There he is, you can get him.” To which Michael replied, “It’s not time yet.” That’s when I realized that satan is under God’s control and serves a Divine Purpose as part of God’s plan for us. That was the end of my demonic depossession/exorcism work on a regular basis. I still do it but only as it arises in other work and usually don’t even tell the person when it is being done.
I have tape recordings of a demonic spirit taking over a woman’s body as he was trying to kill me. When ask why, the demon stated I was ruining his plans. He yelled and screamed that he would succeed. If it were not for Divine Grace I would have been dead many times over.
Jesus was a rabbi, a teacher. He was teaching us how to be like Him by accepting Him within ourselves. He even said that the tings that i do and even more you too shall do in my name...
If I am doing just a few of those things in His name, wouldn’t it appear that I am following His teachings?
Which would you sooner have, a lifeguard that waits until you are drowning or a lifeguard that teaches you how to swim?
Jesus was/is teaching us how to swim..........
A HTH theory of why we can’t contact other intelligent beings. They are too few & far between.
Look at us, we’ve got Whoa Fat threatening to start a war that could end all life. I think that once an intelligent life creates the ability to destroy itself, it does so in due time or knocks itself back to the dark ages. Rinse & repeat a few (dozen/thousand?) times.
The few civilizations that eventually make it past this stage in development are too far apart (in time and/or space) to find each other or too intelligent to try.
He was setting an example and teaching much - also telling us of things to come and putting it in context of the outgoing Old Covenant.
If He thought that we could be "apt learners" He would not have had to die for our sins.
