Right. If they see an assault going on in front of them and are not obligated to intervene, what is the whole point of law enforcement???

The civil suits will probably go nowhere. I’ve been studying numerous pictures from Charlottesville and Berkley. There was a very strong federal presence at both locations. The people that were arrested have been purposely singled out. There were agents dressed as protesters.
I believe the DOJ is building a case for civil rights violation. There is very strong evidence that local and possibly state governments have coordinated with leftist gangs to deprive citizens thier guaranteed constitutional rights.

The SC has ruled time and again the police have no obligation to protect you. This is going no where.
