They better start checking to see if these Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyers are being tagged by equipment to track them while in port in Yokosuka Japan. Are these Super Tankers computers being taken over by hackers...and deliberately run into these ships... carrying 39 Tomahawk missiles?

Time to get rid of incompetent USN captains. The USS John McCain has the best radar and navigation equipment the taxpayer can buy. It is faster and more maneuverable than any oil tanker. There is no reason to be hit by such a ship even if it tried to hit the McCain.
Maybe drugs are involved. We need more facts.

I read in Japanese news that all American naval vessels have now been temporarily halted worldwide which seems like the most sane response yet. I don’t remember that being ordered last time.
