Man seeking after beautiful woman who occasionally bring them to their knees.
Prayers all around for US.
Don’t mind me. I’m just keeping my mind out of the gutter.
There are times for a burqa: this was one OF them.
>> The TV persona is just a job, folks. None of them are true believers <<
I disagree. I’ve had a smidgen of contact not only with a few political “performers” but also with a few show-biz denizens. In both areas, some are exactly the same sincere and polite person off-camera as on-camera, while others — who may seem very pleasant and entirely sincere on-camera (or on-stage) — become total jerks and cynical mountebanks the minute the show is over.
In other words, the TV persona may or may not be the real thing. And even though in too many cases it’s 100% totally fake and insincere, you really can’t generalize.

Congrats!
Would that all could be possessed of such admirable virtue!
Well it is Sunday and I did have my halo on for about an hour earlier in the day.
So Kim met with Mooch to gosee a more expensive apartment in a building where she lived. Big whoop.
Was this in a personal (friend of a friend) exposure, or was it professional?
I have personal friends in the business. They are usually like everyone else that works with the public—they “turn on” when out of the house. And generally, they want to be left alone.
Amen. It would not sit well with me if I was not aware of my husband apartment shopping with a woman. It doesn’t look right.
If you ask around, the is exactly what married men do, they shop for real estate with women that are not their wife.
Ask any married woman, and she will tell you she will tell you that she would be perfectly fine with her husband shopping for real estate with another woman.

True enough.
But when I worked behind the scenes in TV, some of the on-air personalities were just as nice, friendly and sincere off-camera as on-camera. Others — who couldn’t be more pleasnat when the show was on — became total jerks and cynics as soon as the lights, cameras and microphones were turned off.
Ditto for the handful of political figures I’ve been able to observe behind the scenes. Some are outstanding men of honor, some are fools, and some are devils — yet the way they come across on TV just ain’t reliably predictive.
Then once upon a time, I lived across the street from an active-duty NHL player. There couldn’t be a nicer or more humble, sincere guy. Fantastic neighbor. But as you may know, the “public persona” of professional hockey players often is pretty bad — that is, they are supposedly a bunch of rowdies and thugs.
So my main point is that you simply can’t judge on the basis of a public persona. Some celebrities and politicians are great folks, others are terrible examples of the human species.
