It’s not like he sets policy.

True enough. Considering no one is setting policy.

Scaramucci did rebuke the Media—forcefully—during this press conference.

He repeatedly refused to adopt the Media's biased characterizations about the White House being in "disarray", or needing to "get back on course".

Reporters kept trying to inject their negative Democrat spin into their questions, and he repudiated their propaganda each time.

He was very sharp, IMHO. With him running the White House Communications Office and Sarah Huckabee Sanders as Press Secretary, I'm optimistic moving forward.

The Media really is pathetic. Judging by their demeanor and—again—spin, they acted as if Sean Spicer was the first Presidential Press Secretary ever to resign his position during a Presidential administration.

The Media is a transparent laughingstock to any sentient observer. They are so blatantly biased—and crarrying water for the Swamp—that it's absolutely impossible to miss.

The Media has utterly lost all of the subtlety that it used to employ in order to be effective propagandists for the Democrats. In being so transparently partisan, and by relentlessly putting a negative spin on everything they possibly can regarding this administration, they have truly become the "emperor with no clothes".

Consequently, the American people are increasingly turning from them, both in terms of viewership and in terms of giving the Media any credence with regard to their narrative.

The Democrats and Media (but I repeat myself) have become a pathetic spectacle—almost worthy of pity—and can be depended upon to distort objective reality in the most clumsy partisan manner humanly possible. They no longer possess any nuance whatsoever, and, as such, they increasingly flail in search of any fake narrative they think they can make stick. In doing so, they have become an awkward sideshow which can be relied upon only to continue sounding its own death knell...

Did you see his first press conference? From the part I saw, he was quite impressive, and others who saw more thought so too. He handled press nonsense better than Spicer.

What? Plenty of de-reg going on, + got us out of Paris Climate Accord and at least has attempted trying to Shame congress into action on healthcare and taxes. He can’t do it all himself you realize, right? He needs help from Congress.

I’ve found out you have to watch all of them, not just what someone else wants you to see. Many times the full context changes the picture the media or someone else painted.

For instance nearly every single question painted the administration like a sinking ship, chaos, many false narratives like that. Anthony corrected every one of them. Plus he refused to answer the stupid hypotheticals those reporters always ask. He had a great reason why.

“I do think Trump is going to move more to the right as time goes on however. Just a gut feeling.”

I truly hope you are right, but I am inclined to think in the opposite direction. Trump is not a “drain the swamp” sorta guy, that was a projection of his supporters IMHO. Trump is a self-aggrandizing deal-maker, and he came to DC to make deals. Given the gutless fecklessness of the GOP majority (although that is somewhat of a misnomer as there are a half-dozen Senators who will bail at any given moment and join the Dems) I suspect Trump will revert to his nature and “reach across the aisle” to negotiate directly with the Dims to enact stuff like single-payer, etc.

But nothing would give me greater happiness in the political realm than for Trump to prove me wrong and govern competently as a conservative.

Yes I realize he needs help, but he needs to be the leader of the party, not just an opponent of the Establishment.

People need to here the reasons why he wants specific legislation. Not jus leave it up to Congress. He needs to propose some specifics then task Congress with accomplishing those tasks.

Every day he needs to state why Obama-care needs to be repealed and why healthcare needs to be solely a free market enterprise. He needs to talk daily why taxes and regs need to be reduced and the benefits of it.

You have to repeat it EVERY DAY so that it gets ingrained in peoples heads.

Forget thus tit-for-tat crap about the Russia garbage and let his council deal with it. Go to the people virtually every day.
