Dad was 79 and had believed he was healthy . But cancer was hiding everywhere. I doubt McCain will return to DC. The GOP needs all GOP votes. Replace him this week.

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy has died at age 77 after battling a brain tumor. He was diagnosed with a malignant glioma after suffering a seizure last May.
What is a glioma?
A brain tumor is a mass of abnormal cells growing in the brain. The American Cancer Society estimates that 21,000 Americans a year are diagnosed with brain tumors; about 10,000 are gliobastomas. A glioma is any tumor formed in the glial, or supportive, brain cells, which are different from the better-known neurons.
Glioma is not a specific type of cancer. It is a general category of brain tumor that includes astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas, ependymomas and gliobastoma multiforme. They are named according to the specific type of brain cell affected. Gliomas can be high-grade, which are more dangerous, or low-grade, which are often slow-growing and require little or no treatment.

He lived weeks not months after diagnosis
For his own comfort will pray for weeks. Its a horrible death.
The young sister of my SIL was diagnosed 6 years ago at age 26 followed by surgery, chemo and radiation. She is surviving after a long tough battle at MD Anderson. 3 month visits continue to continue to show good results. And she is a fighter.
My uncle was diagnosed with the same thing. Told he had 2 years.
20 months later he passed. Chemo made him an invalid. It never got better.
McCain needs to retire, now.

I met McCain years back, had dinner with him and his wife. At that point in time she was very attractive. He looked ancient sitting next to her. He was a very weird dude.
McCain is also the chair of the very important Armed Svcs Cmte... he needs to resign now (and no his fat RINO daughter should not replace him).

I would not go that far. We would have had a lot of rotten Federal Judges that wouldn't be sitting on the bench. A lot of very bad things wouldn't have happened.
I guess i'm saying that a man with brain cancer would have probably been a better President than that Idiot we just got rid of.

Lord, I have disagreed with this man on so many things large and small, but if you can find a way to help him and his loved ones through this time, I pray you will do so. His family has an honorable history before him in the service of our country, for their sake and his lineage give them strength. And if you will, give him the strength and the courage to make the right decision for the best of our country and step aside, so he may confront what is ahead with the support of his family, and find peace with you.
