Yes, the Feds hate the competition. I mean, how many black-ops/etc. could that 97# have funded? I’m sure there’s enough in the Paki poppy fields ‘we’ let survive... /s
No...it's not ok at all. The Chinese are not our friends, never have been. They were given Most favored nation status so multi-national corporations could produce goods using super cheap labor/child/slave labor to bolster their bottom line. Also, to someday have access to Chinese consumers which we know is very limited...cause they commies.
Thank your government for this nonsense. Those drugs make it in here on Chinese shipping containers. Millions upon millions of containers each year...they can't check’em all.
Uncle sugar to the rescue ends up screwing the pooch once again.

For those FReepers that are for criminalization of drugs.
You will take only the drugs we supply you, or we will shoot you, steal your property, strip your citizenship, and enslave you.

Come now, comrade, it’s not Fascist when THEY do it. THIS time it’ll work. /semi-s
Just goes to show, selective support of the Constitution isn’t JUST a (D) thing.
They say it takes 3+ doses if narcan to unbind it from your receptors.
In states where pot has been legalized the black market is still strong. They sell cheaper than the taxed product.
“I’m not for legalization, but ya gotta ask, what the feds have done all these years, all the billions of $$$s to fight the war on drugs has done what? Reduced the flow of drugs? Reduced drug use among Americans? Reduced Cartel violence?
It is just a plain simple fact, when they clamp down on legal drugs such as cannabis/opiates/alcohol...the flow of illegal drugs increase. The whole fentanyl thing raised it’s ugly head as soon as the feds began rescheduling drugs like norco, Oxy this and oxy that...making it harder for people to obtain legal Rx’s.
I hate that people are abusing these drugs and dying. It’s terrible. I also hate that my dad cannot obtain the medication he needs to relieve his pain...cause the doctors are scared to death to prescribe them.
Somethings wrong and I don’t have the answers, but what the feds are doing now ain’t workin.”
I completely agree with everything you’ve posted. The “war on drugs” is complete, abject failure! Like it’s “twin sister,” gun control, it does only three things:
1). Makes the legitimate possession by decent people more difficult or impossible.
2). Creates a criminal element by virtue of dumb laws.
3). Creates an expensive bureaucracy and policing forces that become “jobs programs” without any legitimate purpose. And over time, we will see these “agencies” end up with hugely bloated cadres of “retireee” who demand pension and healthcare benefits not available to those of us who have to pay for it.
I mean look at this week’s “revelation,” that the EPA has been spending $1 million per year on health club memberships for their employees!
“Thank your government for this nonsense. Those drugs make it in here on Chinese shipping containers. Millions upon millions of containers each year...they can’t checkem all.”
Actually, you should start by thanking the “leaders” in the Silicon Valley for pressuring our government to let them expand their manufacturing requirements into China. In government, money drives politics, and the Silicon Vally has billions to spend on government to get what they want even if it’s at the expense of the rest of us.
There are close to 90,000 alcohol related deaths in America for 2016. +-
After lawmakers spend a hard day concocting new and improved policy hammering doctors, citizens, street peddlers of illegal substances, they slap one another on the back and meet at the local pub to throw back a couple of scotch and sodas.
This whole thing screams HYPOCRISY!
>>even if its at the expense of the rest of us.<<
...and then comes the reason Donald Trump won the election.
MAGA
the amount represents millions of lethal doses.

Too late. We already shoot 93 million per day. There’s none left.
USP for all who want them. There has been bootleg drugs forever since drug have been taxed.
