The British pioneered that practice. They called it “Mad Minute” drill.

The Zapruder film shows Kennedy’s head moving forward before snapping backwards. This is called the jet effect and is explained by Dr. Luis Alvarez. I have seen film of a watermelon shot which explodes and moves TOWARD the shot for the very same reason. Furthermore the Zapruder film clearly shows the pattern of blood and brain tissue flies FORWARD.

All the doctors who actually worked on JFK, not the attention whore who didn’t, confirmed that the autopsy was consistent with the wounds they saw.

No witneses placed Oswald on the first floor. If you think otherwise please name them. As for the photo, the person claimed to be Oswald was correctly identified as someone else, Billy Lovelady.

It’s been discredited.

“After the FBI disputed the validity of the acoustic evidence, the Justice Department paid for a review by the National Academy of Sciences, an organization operating with a Title 36 congressional charter.

On May 14, 1982, the panel of experts chaired by Harvard University’s Norman Ramsey, released the results of their study.[26] The NAS panel unanimously concluded that:

The acoustic analyses do not demonstrate that there was a grassy knoll shot, and in particular there is no acoustic basis for the claim of 95% probability of such a shot.

The acoustic impulses attributed to gunshots were recorded about one minute after the President had been shot and the motorcade had been instructed to go to the hospital.

Therefore, reliable acoustic data do not support a conclusion that there was a second gunman.”[27]”

No, they weren't the Watergate burglars.

There is no evidence of another shooter! Saying Oswald's scope was bad, he couldn't get off that many shots in the necessary time, or the backyard photos were fake are not evidence of another shooter. There are no shell casings, no photos, no fingerprints or confessions of any paid assassin. There are rumor, innuendo, coincidences, and murky photos that show nothing.

And conspiracy buffs always ignore John Connelly, who's wounds CLEARLY show a shooter from the rear.

Saw it in a documentary that I can’t recall. Probably shouldn’t have mentioned it since I can’t ID.

Lots of claims are made. Few are accurate or have any substance.

Thanks for posting this. I still find it interesting. The Warren commission was sloppy and rushed. I still want to know why Oswald was allowed to defect to the USSR and then return with a wife yet! Why was he in Mexico? Why was the first report on the gun that is was a Mossberg? I should think that a Texas lawman would not call an Italian gun a Mossberg. Even in 1963 would not a Texas lawman known not to touch the gun until it was finger printed, yet there is a picture of the guy holding up the gun.

I have lots of questions.

Okay. I didnt know he was assigned to an AF group.

So, the Marine Corp didn’t fly Sabres, but individual Marines did on occasion as duty assignments.

I was under the impression that there must have been a Marine f-86 squadron knowing Glenn was an f-86 pilot. Oswald was assigned to Marine Air Control Squadron No. 1 (MACS-1), Marine Air Group 11, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, (1957, 1958) based at Atsugi, Japan. Oswald was a radar operator in MACS-1, which had less than 100 men. It’s function was to direct aircraft to their targets by radar, communicating with the pilots by radio. The squadron had also the duty of scouting for incoming foreign aircraft, such as straying Russian or Chinese planes, which would be intercepted by American planes. He in fact did have at least a confidential clearance and there is some indication it was higher because of code words being used in his job. He did not work on planes as his primary MOS indicated but was assigned as a radar operator in the squadron. For the life of me I can’t find any information on what type of planes his squadron used. In 1954, the F3D-2M was the first Navy jet aircraft to be fitted with an operational air-to-air missile: the Sparrow. In the late 1950s, a number of the Marine F3D-2 aircraft were re-configured as electronic warfare aircraft and were designated F3D-2Q (later EF-10B). My best guess is one of these, I knew it had to be a radar capable bird. This was an interesting read on Oswald. He was what many of us Marines called a *hitbird. Busted more than once, once because he dropped an illegal .22 derringer he had and shot himself in the elbow. My own Marine Air Group had f-4’s, a-4’s, f-8’s, a-6’s, Harriers, and tc4c’s. I worked on a few Navy and Air Force birds (f-4) too when one got stranded.

FBI marksmen used the gun to shoot at still targets at the ranges of the three alleged shots. Each one missed one of the three shots. As received by the FBI the sights were inoperable. Only after a shim was added was it even usable unless you want to throw it at someone.

A Springfield was a fine gun but not the M-C model LHO allegedly used.

Using the iron sights would be difficult for an experienced, practiced shooter. Oswald was none of the above. I have never even seen a record that he purchased any ammo. Are you?

"Only after a shim was added was it even usable unless you want to throw it at someone."

So, Oswald couldn't have done it? After all, he missed his target 2 out of 3 times. Three shots, one hit in the head.

Hmmmm... I'm just saying that the "timing" between shots, which smug non-shooters use as a shield against all questions, is NOT the impenetrable Truth. Just as the apparent, lowered-from-heaven-on-a-string given that the path of a bullet as it transitions from one medium to another is ALWAYS entirely linear, without variation, forever, amen.

The entire investigation, from the moment the car arrived at Parkland, was a catastrophic multi-jurisdictional f#ckup, driven by dim-witted democrats, each with individual turf to protect.

Kennedy was hit by two or three shots and Connelly by another. Evidence existed of a forth hitting the curb and wounding a by-stander. It may have disappeared by now.
