There is no news in Pravda.

I’m thinking we have way too much advertising.
So I think a surtax on all advertising — junk mail, internet pop-ups, TV and print advertising — would help “balance the budget” and hopefully reduce annoying intrusions on our private lives.
People won't trust them. Not just traditional Americans - even their fans won't trust them... They'll be read for laughs. Picked up in grocery store lines..
New York Times lies will get wilder, crazier - - to bring in the big clicks. Decent journalists won't work there - even if the money is better.
Then what will the New York Times have? Nothing.
They'll be one more trashy tabloid... among many. They'll carry the name of a once great newspaper but that name having been dragged through the filth will foreever be a whore.

“.. will foreever be a whore.”

As this article pointed out, overseas readers now think that the NYT, the Post and the LAT are real news. Doubtless they are adding to the click pile, and their socialist masters are encouraging them to believe anything negative about Trump or his call to traditional American values. Freedom and individual rights interfere with their agendas.
Nothing could be further from the truth. People have somehow interpreted the 1st to mean media have some rules regarding "viewpoint" and/or some nebulous "truth".
Say what you will...
