It is another beach head in the North East corridor to "resist" Trump. One fifth of the nation's population is within a 5 hour drive of Philadelphia. Think about the power in selectively prosecuting political corruption, election fraud, illegal immigration, union corruption, human trafficking, etc etc.
Then there are the social issues like the death penalty, abortion, gay marriage etc etc.
Remember Bill Clinton started off his criminal career as Arkansas Attorney General.

On April 28, Soros poured that cash into Philadelphia Justice & Public Safety, an independent political action committee running television ads in support of civil rights lawyer Larry Krasner...wow, there's a surprise - the guy is actually advertising himself as having represented Black Lives Matter and Occupy Wall Street - I figured he was the one Soros was backing - they're so predictable.....
