Russia opposing N.Korea’s nuclear buildup......to return to negotiations....though doesn’t believe N.Korea will give up nuclear defense.
Russia against use of force...rather use negotations to scale down N.Korea build up....basically agreeing with China...as the starting point.
N.Korea must return to negotiations to dismantle their Nuclear Ambitions to avoid the suffering of the N.Korean people by the sanctions.
Sweden condemns any action that that increases instability.
If we do hit NK, we are going to further deplete our resources. We’d better get with it and replenish our stocks. Russia and China always enjoy watching us weaken ourselves.

Threat is growing despite of UN efforts to change behavior.
Issues must be a united effort to resolve N.Korea’s advancement.
Pressure must continue to end the threat.
Ukraine stands with Japan, S.Korea to stand against this threat and other countries.

N.Korea is at final state of nuclearization..... and the intent to use them creating emergency. We must act now as racing against time. .. Need a new approach not allowing N.Korea to dictate time lines. A united front. We are seeing sanctions are biting..... Our goal is not to bring N.Korea to its knees....but to negotiate. Dialog for sake of dialog is not an option.....this only buys time for N.Korea to develop. No compromise or half measures....but total disarmament. This is our last opportunity....

N.Korea has failed to keep it’s commitments of the past....had this body held them accountable.
We will not negotiate our way back to the negotiating table.
We must have full and complete compliance by this council to sanctions in the past and those extended...by all memebers.
