Here's the real reason why Democrats have been so partisan about Trump's pick

BINGO. They DON’T believe in the Constitution at all. They just can’t get away with saying their true opinion that they want to throw this outdated piece of crap out and do things OUR way, the RIGHT way. Except for some of the tenured academics, who can and do get away with saying that.

Our Founding Fathers took the Bible as the literal Word of God. They took seriously the warning for judges not to treat people differently when applying the law (Equal Treatment Under the Law). Liberals have always cried foul and demanded “Social Justice”, “Reparations”, and discrimination based upon anything they perceived as unjust or discriminatory.

After packing the courts with like minded “judges” who bend and shape the Constitution to create new “rights” (never intended by the Constitution), or create new interpretations of existing law (that the framers of those laws never intended), they feel free to dictate to the majority what is moral, right, or wrong.

They purposely forget that we are a Republic, and not a Democracy.They have created inequality and injustice through their rulings. These judges create “new rights” out of whole cloth. They foster an atmosphere of denial, an atmosphere where no one takes responsibility for their choices, and an atmosphere where choices viewed in the past as morally repugnant, have become the new norm. Good has become evil, and evil has become “good.”

All these efforts have been to call into question God’s moral authority, and destroy the underpinnings of our nation’s foundation. They totally forget why our ancestors fled to America. They totally forget that until the US became a nation, rights were controlled by the government, and that the rest of the world was ruled by kings, warlords, and dictators. Rights did not come from God, but the person or group who had the biggest club.

Instead of the US being a ‘Bright City on a Hill’, they teach that a “Socialist Utopia” will bring justice, if only the Deplorables and Irredeemables who believe in freedom and individual rights will get out of the way.

Just as Islam views anyone who disagrees with Sharia Law as evil and deserving of destruction, they view anyone who disagrees with “Socialist Ideals” as evil and must be destroyed. The two groups are naturally kin. They both look to the rule of an “Intelligentsia Elite”, whether Muslim or Socialist. Both groups demand submission, or destruction.

Both groups use “Useful Idiots” to create havoc and demand reparations and “rights”, but like Hitler did in the past, both groups (Muslims and Socialists) will turn on those they used as foot soldiers.

The possibility that a Supreme Court Justice would follow what is written in the law, or what was the original intent, is anathema to both groups. Both want “change” both want the destruction of the “rule of law” and the destruction of our Republic.
