A somewhat misleading headline. However, while Cheney chose his words carefully, he did utter the phrase "Act of War". What the hell is it with these neocons. They always like to look for the next war. I dont get it.

for some reason the cabal desperately does not want to see the US and russia combine forces against a mutual enemy the wacked out muzzies.
If we do get together with the ruskies against Islamic terrorism worldwide chaos might decline something the cabal does not want.

If Russia hacked machines at voting booths to change the election outcome, he might have a point. At worst, what Russia did was hack an insecure DNC server and reveal factual information that US journalists should have revealed about how the election was rigged for Hillary. That hardly qualifies as an “act of war,” unless you’re a Hillary Clinton supporter.

Cheney never met a war or a potential war (or any conflict involving military personnel and hardware) he wasn’t enthusiastically for.
