Far better to set a stack of discarded tires on fire....
The smoke is wonderful and the fire reminds us of its power to consume./s
One day, many years from now, our Sun will cease providing us with warmth and light. Days will become grayer and grayer until black out. Long before, the days and nights will be unbearably cold. We think that freezing temperatures are uncomfortable, but the cold and the lack of light will end agriculture, the food supply we are used to, and all animal life will end.
These sad events will still be blamed on the Human species. Unbelievable?!!
**Far better to set a stack of discarded tires on fire....**
Well it IS made with sap from rubber trees.
Well, since it had no value at any other time, I have to assume the answer is still no.
It’s all empty virtue signaling.
And there are other places that are nearly uninhabited that would benefit. Large areas of Canada, Russia, Alaska, Greenland, and Antarctica would open up for wildlife and humans.
What a bunch of crap. Got a private Reply email from a Freeper in Alaska who says that there are hardly any moose seen in areas where they were once plentiful (due to unlimited hunting). That wolf packs now number up to 15 which make them the perfect killing machine for moose/elk, smaller mammals, birds, etc.
Freeper said that a veteran hunter/pilot said that he has never seen the animal life situation so bad, a lot of which has been caused by bad hunting practices and wildlife management practices at the governmental level.
Man has done some serious damage to wildlife but it can be corrected with better preservation practices and management policies, including getting rid of traps, baiting and shooting wildlife from helicopters.
Yep - they ARE crazy.
The company that bought where I work recently has made a big deal out of “Earth Hour” and wants us all to post on the company social page HOW we are going to spend it. IGNORED.
They also want everyone to take a “Gender Diversity” Pledge - IGNORED.
I just want to do my job. This is political crap at work!
I wish I could find the article that talked about the thousands and thousands of species lost before humans made a impact...
