Most/many public officials have their aides tweet for them. Take Hillary for example- she even said on her Twitter account thay actual tweets by her would be signed HC.
You can look at Trump’s too...sometimes they’re standard pr like ‘we enjoyed meeting with ABC to discuss 123’...
It’s not like a LOT pf people have access though.
Elaine Chao wouldn’t have been my choice, but she’s not stupid. I would be shocked to learn she wrote that.
