I have witnessed so much nepotism in my lifetime . . .it is absolutely disgusting to think about it. . .true nepotism where sometimes the elevator didn’t go all the way to the top, illiterate, lazy, attitude problems, low IQ, no common sense, etc.

I guess this would be pseudo-nepotism. When Carol O'Connor was accused of nepotism for getting his son a role on "Heat of the Night", he responded, "Of course it's nepotism. That's what parents do; they help their kids."
