If he’s a Nazi killer then then bring him to justice.
Why would anyone argue that?
Communists claimed credit, btw. "Burned" = Molotov cocktails, "killed" = apparent smoke inhalation, given the carbonized state of the found body.
Joachim Peiper?
So then if this 98 year old guy is being charged ... should you be? Shut up
So then if this 98 year old guy is being charged ... should Vietnam vets be? Shut up
You equate Vietnam vets with Nazi war criminals?
Sick.
Think about what you just said
Thinking time to stop or backtrack
Sorry not meant for you
I don’t care if he’s 198 - if he’s suspected of committing these atrocities he should be prosecuted. I doubt he ever cut any of his victims a break because they were old and infirm.
You sure just convicted a lot WWII pilots then. Are you an American?
And want to DENY.
Obviously, I am questioning your sanity.
It’s been said that it was former members of the French Resistance that did in Peiper...”signs” (like graffiti in front of his driveway reading “A MURDERER LIVES HERE”) were out there for months after he moved back to France in the early 70s, and his (open) presence became known.
As to the “we forgave the Germans awful fast” comment, consider the fate of the Japanese scientists of Unit 731, which committed experiments in Manchuria that might have made Mengele cringe...MacArthur gave the chief scientists clemency in exchange for all of their data.
“It’s high time that the Poles became more active seeking people who committed crimes in WWII on Polish soil.”
Does that extend to the Russians? I haven’t heard of one Communist besides Pol Pot being prosecuted.
Tough, on this one, Az. You started it.
Yeah, mostly communists.
I can’t find where Pol Pot was prosecuted.
Joachim Peiper - he didn't execute Americans. Some of the troops in his kampfgruppe may have.
It was French Communists that killed him. You must remember that French Communists also eliminated people in the French Resistance who weren't Communists whenever they got the chance - in order to clear the way after the Amis threw off the Nazi yoke.
