I hope no team is stupid enough to believe his mouth will stay shut once he gets a contract. Even if they write it in the contract, he’ll find a way to make his real thoughts known. He’ll be a nightmare for any team, unless, of course, they really support his position.

Sit, stand, or kneel, colon — As long as you do it somewhere other than SF, I’ll be happy.

Quarterback Colin Kaepernick will stand during the national anthem next season, sources told ESPN on Thursday.
No big mystery here - Kaepernick will void his contract with the 49ers today (before they can cut him), and his new agent has obviously told him to stop his social-activist posing if he wants to catch on with another team. Money talks and BS walks.

Next season, he will stand for the national anthem (or not) as a spectator not a player.

BOTTOM LINE FOR TEAMS: How good is he in the field?
16 TDs, 4 INTs. He's still got an arm like a cannon and his mobility is dangerous - not many LBs or DBs can run him down from behind. But he still bails from clean pockets and still locks on to his primary receiver. He's about to turn 30, so this is about as good as he will ever be. The 49ers need to move on, but a good team with a solid OL and good receivers who are just missing a QB could do worse.

I hope no one will hire him.
He only changed this because he wants money.

Well, the register at Arby’s doesn’t have a chair, so he’s pretty much gonna have to stand.

If he stands for the National Anthem next year then I think he’ll be doing it in his living room.

I just hope he ends up being a Men’s Room attendant, or a shoe shine “boy!”

No alleged skills he has will be able to overcome his stench amongst the people who actually watch football. Any team that takes him on will deserve the inevitable revenue loss they will see.
