I swear one of those attacks landed just down the road from me.
I lost the web here in the Midwest due to city outages twice since Time Warner Cable became Spectrum. The good thing was it was late in the evning when most people are asleep. So if it happened other nights I didn’t know.
That’s like asking what companies use the biggest maker of raw steel.

I am up in Pasco county and stuck with CenturyLink. Where do you have to deal with them ? Home, where?
Have you ever been lied to or cheated by CenturyLink customer service ?
I have an almost 6 month old battle going with them, got the B/B/B involved and state of Florida.
Does anyone here have experience with Alibaba? I see a lot of interesting products, but I am hesitant to by from a site named like that.
