This was not an act of terrorism. The man in the truck was sitting in traffic when he lightly rear-ended the vehicle in front of him. That person didn’t even seem to notice the initial hit, but the crowd reacted. Many people were saying, “You hit that car!” That made the driver of the truck panic. He slammed on the gas in what looked like an attempt to leave the scene. He hit the vehicle again, much harder this time, before going around that vehicle and into a crowd of people.”
