There is no line item in the Federal budget funding Planned Parenthood. It is an executive branch decision - therefore he could indeed issue an order to defund it and divert the funds for the same services to other organization that do not perform abortions as a primary business like Planned Parenthood does.

I have read over and over from the Democrats that PP provides health services such as mammograms. We have a huge, very busy abortion mill in Bakersfield. On their website it says they provide mammogram referrals. Not mammograms. Referrals.

In 2006 he handled a case involving the Texas Republican Party’s effort to get former Congressman Tom DeLay’s name removed from the ballot in the 2006 Congressional Election. DeLay won the Republican primary election in March, but resigned from Congress in early April during a corruption scandal. However, since Texas law states that the name of a candidate who “withdraws” from a race after the primary must remain on the ballot, Texas Democrats filed a lawsuit to prevent Republicans from nominating another candidate. Republicans argued that DeLay did not “withdraw” from the race but instead made himself ineligible to be elected by changing his voter registration from Texas to Virginia, therefore allowing Republicans to name a replacement.

On July 6, Judge Sparks ruled that DeLay’s name must remain on the ballot.[8]

If no one fights it and it succeeds, a precedent will be established.

Patriots need to get Trump up to speed with the major problem that institutionally indoctrinated judges are using state sovereignty-ignoring precedents to “overturn” precedents established by previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting Supreme Court justices.

Yup. Our future Liberties and Freedom depend on it.

If one person can overturn an election or invalidate the president protecting the American people, then it doesn’t bode well.

Worst of all, most of the time when a judge makes a ruling, it halts the original order or law until it can be ruled by the upper courts. So the judge is effectively instantly invalidating the law with the law being reinstated weeks, months, or a year later.
