It’s not up to judges to decide if Trump’s right or wrong. That’s within the President’s purview. The whole thing pisses me off.

Hearing the 9th Cir judges Q the Admin abt Exec judgement re. terrorism risks shows just how ill-suited the judiciary is to assess this.

We need a confirmed SG to be arguing this case before the 9th Cir.

Listening to the judges, I'm reminded of why the justices reversed the 9th Cir so often when I clerked at SCOTUS.

I looked on Nordstrom’s online the other day and couldn’t find anything. I did a search on Macy’s today for Ivanka Trump and here’s what came up. Some of the little girl shoes are adorable - wish I had a little niece - I suspect that Arabella and Kai wear them.

Some Ivanka items on sale at Macy’s. I have too many coats, otherwise I’d buy one, some are too cute.
