As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

With all due respect to Justice Ginsburg, she attended Harvard Law School like several Washington Cartel big-wigs did, post-17th Amendment ratification Senator Schumer for example.

The problem with Harvard Law School imo, likewise for some other Ivy-League law schools, is that whatever those schools are teaching students about the Constitution, it’s evidently not the federal government’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood.
