But be careful of the sleight of hand. You cannot trust congress ever.
They can quite easily ban abortion funding, while continuing to fund Planned Parenthood. PP simply does fancy bookkeeping to prove that abortions were funded some other way. Money being fungible, though, it comes to the same thing.
This is what happened in the past, and unless you drive a stake through the heart of PP, it will happen again.
