If it is on a cable TV network, they are not subject to the FCC. That only applies if it is broadcast on the open airwaves. Doesn't make it right, given their obvious political biases, but they are free to air what they want. Of course, we are free to not watch the crap.

It was and has been apparent in watching law enforcement, our military, and military veterans just how much respect and happiness there is now that we have President Trump; a President who truly loves this country. Likewise, President Trump demonstrates his respect for them. All President Trump has to do is go to We The People when the Elites in DC, both Parties, try to stop his Agenda, our Agenda too. Those who stand in his way will feel our displeasure at the polls when they come up for reelection!!!
...and his first action on his first full day in office? He went to a prayer meeting.

In the age of electronic media, with general availability of 'time-delay' transmission, this was no oversight by the two networks.
As the old expression says :' It is easier to seek forgiveness, ..than it is to get permission'
Both networks knew who and what they were dealing with, and that emotions ran high, and they wanted to generate and accentuate that emotion.
There is no logical excuse after the first or second expletive for continuing transmission of her monologue -
just fine them heavily, mathmaticly, and progressively for each expletive.
Let's see if they like that kind of 'progressive' behavior when it costs them money and Mega-buck$ !
One good thing is when Trump gets his final game on, the MSM will lose BILLIONS of dollars. Justice is served : )
Liberal ‘elites’ feel sooooooo powerful when they’re giving the finger to traditional Americans - and saying the ‘F’ word when young children might hear it serves that objective.
