What laws can I, as a LAWFUL Citizen, break and skip punishment? Would it matter the crime(s) if I could prove ‘hardship’? If I was doing so ‘for the children’?
At the LEAST, non-Citizens shouldn’t be getting ANY form of taxpayer funding\assistance (IMO, welfare of any\all types should be abolished as unconstitutional).
Prosecute any\all that flout the law (criminal, citizen, elected); reciprocity should be in effect.
THEN build the wall, if needed. But, I suspect, the cutting of the goodies\draw will be enough to drive out 90% of the problem.
First you deport all Criminal Illegal Invaders. Mandate and enforce Catch and Deport, not Catch and Release.
Then you pass Laws to prevent any Illegal Invader from receiving ANY Government Benefits and require all Employers, whether hiring Contract, Hourly or Salaried Employees to run E Verify background checks. Might be a good idea to make it retroactive as well.
Next you stop Illegal Immigration by building a Wall and tightening up enforcement and passing stricter guidelines to prevent people from overstaying their Visas. (Bono from U2 is worried about all the Illegal Irish who have overstayed their Visas - LOL).
As far as these so called Dreamers are concerned, it was OK for Bill Clinton to deport Elian Gonzalez to a Communist Country by Gunpoint, but the same does not apply to a Republican President.
I’m not sure President Trump would be able to get Congress on board deporting them, so I’m sure that a negotiated outcome will probably happen sooner or later. Maybe make them permanent Resident Aliens with no chance to gain full American Citizenship. (yeah, I know, Schumer would be yelling “second class citizens” or some such rubbish).
We’ll just have to wait and see what happens Folks. Ee’re not even in power yet.

Williamson is county that went 2/3 Trump but of the 9 red metro counties surrounding 60% blue Davidson which is Nashville proper, Williamson is the least conservative mainly cause its overrun literally with northerners and California people
My son attends a rival high school to Independence and they will be watching
Independence due to so many Yankees also outlawed all southern war of independence memorabilia
Whereas my sons school also in Williamson but more southern allows it and you bumper stickers and whatnot
My middle son has been recruited as a defensive back for independence and he’s excited
They are usually in the top 4 statewide
