The rest was at individual stores for gift cards/certificates. Never visited a mall. The closest I came was a strip mall.So, did you get a good deal on any strippers?

Forty three years ago on the north edge of Tulsa, on Peoria st, a large strip mall went in. The biggest store was BELLSCOTT and smaller stores along the strip. It was NOT a good area of town.
One year later, I went through there again and every store, except the liquor store was shuttered and boarded up.
I just got on Google Maps and it is still there, boarded up with only the liquor store open.
Now East Gate is almost closed. Southroads Mall is now a large strip mall.

Mall shopping has outlived its usefulness and is on the decline. I detest going to the mall, and buy most of what I need online, even clothes. Malls are pretty much thug hangout joints now and mall management has trouble keeping stores open. Brick and mortar stores are going the way of the dodo and newspapers.
I too buy on line. I shop for food and other consumables in stand alone or strip mall supermarkets or clubs like Costco(you need a membership card to enter and they check your cart on the way out). Most everything else can be purchased cheaper on line.

Obviously a coordinated effort. Hamilton Place mall is a decent mall. Except for the gang shooting there a few weeks ago. And this. Seems that the BLM/Liberal/ANSWER/Idiot gang is out trying to cause a disturbance.
