I never saw the east coast until I moved to the west
I never saw the moonlight until it shone off of your breast
I never saw your heart until someone tried to steal it,

That first LP was a good one for sure. Burned up a few doobies listening to it.
Trivia, I saw them in their first Florida appearance at Tampa Stadium in the early 70’s.

One of my favorite childhood memories is dancing around the living Room to the “Bacchanal” from that same opera.

Get the Metropolitan Opera production from 1997 on DVD. It’s deliciously salacious.
Of course...I danced it fully clothed.

Survivor - Eye of the Tiger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btPJPFnesV4
Accept - Balls to the Wall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_3TlrZLpQ0
I’ll bet the San Francisco Opera of more recent vintage beats the Met in THAT department!
