The electrical college is an obstacle... That's rather shocking, I'll admit, but in your excitement I'll remind you it's an electoral college!
That was amusing, tho...
Merry Christmas!

So according to you the Constitution or at least the part of the Constitution which describes the Electoral College and how it works, is itself unconstitutional? Do I have that right?
Care to explain?

No part of the Constitution is unconstitutional. However, if in fact SCOTUS were to make a ruling on such a plainly understandable and traditionally observed provision as the Electoral College, honest men would not know whether to obey the government - say rather, which government to obey.
Judges have nightmares about having their rulings widely flouted. And hearing a plaintiff who flat out says that the Constitution is only what the justices say, neither more nor less, is a good way to delegitimate yourself.

I am guessing one of the staffers at the Jimmy Carter Center took that picture because no one else was there.

My view is that any professional, or professor of any nationality, color, creed, national origin or pervert persuasion should permanently lose any and all credentials and banned from ever teaching anything.
Moving right along...
