“I am nevertheless surprised that Stein was not asked to come up with some sort of surety bond”

That came up in the courtroom yesterday...the GOP lawyer brought up the amount of $5 million in bond and the judge was getting interested. I think he was mulling it over as a way to throw a bone to both sides...keep the recount but pay for it!

Tell Jill Stein that “people with floppy disks” should see an ED doctor ASAP.

Nothing is worse than walking through life with a floppy disk. Just ask Anthony Weiner.

This was pocket change compared to the war chest used towards the victorious collection of three convention delegate seats by the Great Jeb of the historical Bush dynasty.

IIRC Ex pos facto Constitutionally deals with criminal statutes, not laws pertaining to how say the government functions etc. Fort instance Judicial Rulings can be retroactive on how the government dealt with an entity or persons.

Interesting observation, if true, it doesn’t surprise me at all.

There are a lot of people more hard-wired into fear and evil than they are into love and goodness.

Did the voting machines even have a USB outlet to plug a floppy driver into? Does anyone still make floppy disks?
