Being a Cabinet Secretary (such as for HUD) is basically an opportunity for someone in US politics to have a mini-bully-pulpit to oversee a lot of policy decisions to ensure they are done Constitutionally. Here is the org chart of who Carson will oversee.

Carson is perfect for the job because he is brilliant and knows what it like growing up in the inter-city. He is the most loving and caring individual appointment yet!
Ben Carson is the man. A black guy who made it, which yes is hard, but who didn’t make a living and career out of whining about rayciss’ whitey. And made a storied and SUCCESSFUL career too!
