5-0 had a lot of good episodes until the last couple of seasons. Every show runs out of steam eventually.
If you’ve never seen the full episode, you are missing out.
Granted it has a few problems but nothing’s perfect.

That is a very good question. I would think that the answer is/was yes, because the scam went on for so long. They likely gave better service to because no one complains either.
