Not going to make me go for an overpriced, burnt taste, but apparently they may be starting to figure out that pissing off 70% of the country may not be worth appeasing 30% of the country.

Yeah, but it turns into an Anti-Trump message if you add hot water.

I read the headline as “Nativity Cops”.

And that reminded me that religious people should mentally and physically prepare themselves for a very bitter holiday season directed at them by people who are anti-religious and want *revenge* for the election.

I suspect a lot of vandalism will be just the tip of the iceberg. Obama and crew spent eight years marshaling their hate and anger at the pious in any way he could.

There will likely be church burglary and arson, gunmen who want to open fire on crowded congregations, those who want to steal and defile the Host and the wine, those who want riotous protests disrupting masses, etc.

To protect and defend against many of these things will take some effort, but for a limited time, thankfully.

While cameras can record such crimes, they are fairly useless because such villains will wear hoodies and masks, so the best bet is to use a night watch, as simple as someone sleeping on a cot; and have someone to watch both the parking lot and entrance during gatherings.

And yes, with permission, they should be armed.

They looked at their bottom line. Nothing more.

The secular Progressives at Starbucks must be called out for cultural appropriation. As a Christian, I am highly offended by people who hate everything Christian, except the way they can profit from it. Don’t accept this symbol of Progressive cynicism.

Like with the Apple threads: what is it about a reasonable popular product that inspires such hatred that some FReepers feel compelled to enter threads they obviously aren’t interested in and spew vitriol upon what others take some pleasure in?

Praise God! I am not alone. As a kid, sledding on snow covered pasture hills, we would make a bonfire and sometimes throw on an old tire or two. Good light, but terrible stink. Upon my initial taste of Starbucks, I said, “That tastes just like a burning tire smells.

P.S. Although I loathe the taste of Starbucks; there are many U.S. Service people, especially Navy, who love it; and the stronger, the better. So let’s be generous. “Different strokes....” and all that, since Starbucks’ flavor isn’t forbidden in our Constitution.

P.P.S. A family member, career Navy, recently retired as a Senior Chief. Whenever she was deployed and at sea, I would send “CARE” packages; which always contained several bags of Starbucks. She and her shipmates RAN on that stuff. But as for me? Bleeaaach!!!

More Trump campaign promises coming true before he even takes the oath.

We will say MERRY CHRISTMAS! again.

Last year, Puccino’s in New Orleans had a Christmas special for customers named Mary or Joseph: their coffee was free. No joke.

They can do this token thing, still does not change the facts they were HRC donors and support LBGT crap. Coffee is over priced and nasty tasting.

Even Kroger’s brand coffee is better.

Sorry most of you will opt out of an excellent opportunity to troll Starbucks. I am open carrying my 1911 in to the store, asking for a nativity cup and telling them my name is Trump.

It’s out of character.

Starbucks usually sides with corrupt elites who hate traditional Americans.

Don’t know what to think of this.

Thing one - the Nativity cup didn’t make the cut...

http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/starbucks-debuts-13-new-red-holiday-cups-for-2016-season-watch-w449657

Thing two - I bought an espresso maker for my home. Even though it was pricey, it paid for itself in fewer trips to Starbucks. It grinds, brews, and has a milk steamer. I keep cocoa mix around to make a killer mocha concoction. The less money that goes to that leftist coffee cabal the better.

I don’t care what they put on their cups or in it, I’m not going. Starbucks made the decision to market to what they consider the cool kids (liberals with money who sit in there for half a day, faces in their Macbooks, slurping their free wifi along with whatever candy drink they’ve ordered) and make them happy by kicking normal people in the face at every opportunity.

In my town, there was a veteran who was trying to start up a franchise and Starbucks just treated him like crap (”We don’t want our name associated with one of THOSE people!”). OK fine, Starbucks, you made your decision now frickin’ live with it. It’s actually a bigger insult to pander to me.
