The collectivist liberal Utopia fantasy dies hard.
How about, you START whining when they START taking your rights away.
I feed on it. It gives me great satisfaction. Like doing blow without the side effects.
That girl reminds me of that.
A number of these precious snowflakes are convinced the universe revolves around them. I had a young lady in one of my classes like that. She was in tears over her grade on the first paper of the class. After some discussion with me about the merits (or lack thereof) of her paper, she put forth, “I think you just don’t like me.” You should have seen the look on her face when I pointed out that I had over 100 students that I saw for 3 hours a week, that we were barely 3 weeks into the semester, and that I honestly had no clue who she was, other than knowing she was in my class. I will give her credit for handling the dose of reality pretty well.
Sort of what I try to tell my Canadian friends who think Trump might actually invade Canada. The truth as I understand it is Americans go days, months, even years without even thinking about Canada or Canadians. Not what they want to hear.
Mad Magazine should immediately parody this with the exact same cover except a couple of Hillary’s teeth missing and the headline, something like, “MAD AM PRESIDENT - NOT”.
That would be funny, but Mad is very left-wing so I doubt they’d do it.
This Picture is a Friendly and Historical Reminder. Lolol!
“Ive never been more disappointed in a generation, but these kids are losers.”
+
These protesting kids are losers, but all of their generation are not.
I have no doubt that members of one of the most important groups of their generation was not represented in those protests and riots: homeschoolers.
From the homeschooled of their generation will come many strong and independent-minded leaders.
