Tha fact that this putz is saying this tells me he isn’t under serious consideration. I don’t think PE Trump would be pleased with a loudmouth like this. As far as Haley, this has to be a joke — she’s a total GOPe and part of the GOPe swamp.
Just weird to have a person who believes himself to be in consideration for a post in the administration to announce this. Sounds like he would like to get his name out there as who would have ever heard of him before? After all, that is such an important office. Might even be called on some day if a disaster strikes and the governor is out of state - ala CA....
