I wouldn't be so sure about that. They may not brandish them, but I imagine they could lay their hands on them if they had to.
Hey don't forget about Venezuela, they'd have the joys of socialism to get them through this depressive, mass suicidal period of their lives.
There, they could freely practice interesting alternative lifestyle choices, such as radical dieting through starvation, or cannibalism.
They should feel free to shoot those invading American illegals!
