Transition advisers to President-elect Barack Obama have compiled a list of about 200 Bush administration actions and executive orders that could be swiftly undone to reverse White House policies on climate change, stem cell research, reproductive rights and other issues, according to congressional Democrats, campaign aides and experts working with the transition team.
They’re gone in a heartbeat.

There is no tradition of preserving Executive Orders.
After listening to Hillary’s and Obama’s speeches yesterday I am more worried about Trump than ever. They were way to nice and conciliatory. I believe Trump is in very grave danger and fear he won’t even make it to the presidency. I’m sorry to say that but those speeches were polar opposite of both their personalities. Something is very wrong.
Obama needs a new podium: “The Office of the President-Reject”
“He’s trying to negotiate with Trump. That ought to go well. For Trump! lol”
We shall see.... The first 30 days will tell if Trump will get rolled or not. If he announces a special session to rescind Obama Care, a plan to build the wall, and if he’s already voided some of Obama’s most egregious Executive Orders, then we will know that he’s the real deal. The very first thing he should do after selecting his cabinet though is to instruct them to order all appointed administrators to submit their resignations. Then, pick and choose keepers and throw always. Has to be done fast and across the board though. Remember what happened when Bush ask for resignations of certain flaming Libs in the Justice Dept? Screams of discrimination, might have even been a lawsuit, can’t remember. So, need to drain the swamp fast and needs to be across the board :)
Not no, but hell no. And if it was legal he should rescind all pardons as well.
I wish Trump were a younger man because it is going to take more than four years to unfornicate what Obama hath wroth.
Every single one of them yesterday Hillary, Obama, John Earnest, John Kerry all of them said a smooth transition.
I noticed that as well but my take on it is that what they are saying is if you do not prosecute us we will go away quietly.
